James Prosser, DO, is a Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Sports Medicine.  His practice is focused on the arthroscopic treatment of complex knee and shoulder disorders with a large portion devoted to revision procedures.  Dr. Prosser collaborates with product manufacturers to develop and perform cutting edge, minimally invasive surgical procedures including; the all-inside acl reconstruction, minimally invasive quadriceps tendon harvest, the arthroscopic Latarjet, and the arthroscopic ac joint reconstruction.

 As a former high school, college, and professional athlete, Dr. Prosser brings a unique perspective to his practice.  He has experienced sports injuries from various perspectives as an athlete, as a coach, as a parent, as a team physician, and as a sports medicine surgeon.  This enables him to provide compassionate, patient-centered care, tailored to each individual’s injury, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
