X-Ray Vision! Help Match $100,000 Grant!
The $100,000 grant* for new enhanced digital x-ray equipment could not have been awarded at a more crucial time! In the midst of a pandemic such as COVID-19, it is more important than ever before to be able to offer the highest quality diagnostic tools. As patients present in the emergency department with respiratory symptoms, especially those related to, COVID-19, they will likely require chest x-ray imaging. Critically ill patients will need chest x-ray imaging to aide in the intubation processes, as well as to diagnose pneumonia and other complications. With our radiologists working 24/7 to interpret these x-rays, it’s crucial that the images be of the highest detail and be sent with prompt speed. Not only is this new x-ray equipment essential
to identifying COVID-19, but it will also be used to diagnose and treat a myriad of other conditions. We want to make sure that we can offer the very best for our friends, family, and neighbors!
Edgerton Hospital recently upgraded its portable x-ray equipment to the newest technology, and is now eager to continue the process of updating the equipment in its fixed room. The current x-ray room equipment is aging and repair parts are becoming increasingly difficult to find. While it still functions appropriately and meets our patients’ needs, it’s important to look towards the future in an effort to continuously improve!
The Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charitable organization.

With new advancements in technology, our current x-ray equipment has become outdated. And, that’s why we need YOU to help bring this grant to life! The Foundation has raised $120,000 for this equipment, but will need to raise an additional $225,000 and install the equipment in order to receive the grant funds. Can we count on your generosity to ensure quality care?.
