Community Health Needs Assessment 

At Edgerton Hospital and Health Services, we’re committed to understanding and improving the health of the communities we serve. Every three years, we complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to identify key health priorities, guide our programs, and ensure we’re meeting local needs through outreach, education, and care.
