• Our multidisciplinary team consists of pulmonary physicians, registered nurses, exercise physiologists and respiratory therapists.
• Pulmonary rehab combines education, exercise and support to help meet your respiratory health goals.
• After completing the program, patients will have a better understanding of how to manage their disease as well as see improvements in physical stamina and emotional well-being.

• COPD
• Emphysema
• Chronic bronchitis
• Asthma
• Lung problems
