Edgerton Hospital is partnering with ADRC of Rock County to offer free, confidential memory screenings with Dementia Care Specialist Karen Tennyson, MSW, LCSW, CDP.

These screenings are designed to start the conversation about brain health and help identify any potential concerns. While this is not a diagnostic appointment, it can be a helpful first step for individuals noticing changes in memory or simply wanting a baseline. Each appointment lasts approximately 30 minutes and includes time for questions, discussion, and screening tools. Participants are encouraged to follow up with their primary care provider if needed.
