Breastfeeding Discussion Live Stream with Certified Lactation Consultant, Crystal Endres, CPNP-PC

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services Certified Lactation Consultant, and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Crystal Endres, will be joined by 4 EHHS moms for a discussion about breastfeeding.

This is an open forum. Real talk, from real moms --sharing their challenges and successes.

Crystal will help guide the discussion and provide a lactation consulting perspective on topics including:
1. Benefits of breastmilk
2. Common misconceptions & myths about breastfeeding
3. Medications, supplements, alcohol or drug use
4. Pumping - right flanges, back to work, & proper storage
5. Postpartum hormones
6. Family & friends - effective support methods
