Wake up your body and get the energy flowing by joining certified Yoga Instructor, Sandy Kotwitz. Learn to combine breathing, flowing postures and meditation in this gentle, but deep approach to Vinyasa yoga. Yoga poses are linked to breath to help reveal body awareness, inner strength and easeful opening. Items you will need: Yoga mat, towel or blanket and Yoga block, if available.

All classes will be hosted via Zoom live. You will need access to an internet connection with a computer/laptop/iPhone/Android to view the fitness classes. Download the Zoom App or go to You'll be prompted to sign up, which is FREE, but not required.
