Chef Jason Egner will raise you to a whole new
level of cooking using fresh herbs and dried spices.
You will learn how to maximize the flavor of your
cooking by using common spices and herbs such as
basil, dill, paprika and cumin. You’ll also discover
when to use the right combination of spices/herbs.
