Community Education Class Registration
You can register for Community Education Classes online, by phone, mail, fax,
or in-person.
Before you register for a class, please:
- Read our confirmation and cancellation policies
- Check whether you may need a physician's or parental consent to participate
- Remember to take advantage of discounts for various groups
Online
Use the link below to register online and pay with a credit card on our secure
site.
By Phone
You may register by phone by calling 608 884-1609 or 608 884-1489. Payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
By Mail
Print out the Registration Form (PDF), complete it, and mail it (or drop
it off the Edgerton Hospital Front Desk) with your payment to:

By Fax
Print out the Edgerton Hospital Community Education Registration Form (PDF), complete it, and fax it with your credit card information to 608 884-1606.
In Person
The staff at Edgerton Hospital's Front Desk would be happy to assist you.
Cancellations
Cancellations must happen three business days before the scheduled class.
If you cancel within the accepted timeframe, you may:
- Receive a letter of credit for the full amount, or
- Receive a full refund less a $5 service charge
If you cancel less than three business days from the scheduled event,
you will NOT receive a refund or credit.
For cancellations due to bad weather, listen to WCLO AM 1230. Edgerton
Hospital reserves the right to cancel courses due to an insufficient number
of enrollees.
Discounts
All discounts must be taken at the time of registration. You may only apply
one discount.
Senior Citizen Discount
Individuals 60 years and older can receive 10 % off class fees.
Edgerton Hospital Employee Discount
Employees and immediate family members (i.e. spouse, child) may take a
10% discount on all classes.
Employees may take a 50% discount for classes with a "*" next
to them.
Board Member
Edgerton Hospital, Edgerton Care Center and Foundation members will receive a 10%
discount.
