Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation Receives Grant
from the Green Bay Packers Foundation

The Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation is pleased is announce that it is the recipient of a $5,000 grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation. The grant money will be used to fully fund the 3D mammography equipment, which is currently installed at Edgerton Hospital.

 The Green Bay Packers Foundation awarded $1 million to 192 organizations in Wisconsin, including 29 civic and charitable groups in Southern Wisconsin. The foundation announced the grants on Wednesday, December 4th at a luncheon in the Lambeau Field Atrium. The 2019 grants focused on organizations that provide services in the following areas: animal welfare, civic and community, environmental, and health and wellness, including drug, alcohol and domestic violence causes.

Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation Director, Bonnie Robinson, says that the support for 3D mammography has been abundant. “My board members and I have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support that our community has shown towards 3D mammography. And, now to have received this grant from the Green Bay Packers Foundation, we couldn’t be more thrilled. This is a service that truly saves lives, and we thank the Green Bay Packers Foundation for helping to make this possible,” said Robinson.

On Wednesday, December 4th, Edgerton Hospital Capital Foundation board members, Fred Falk and Shelly Yahnke, traveled to Lambeau Field to accept the grant.
