Open Positions:

HIM Manager

The Manager of Health Information Management will be responsible for directing the services and systems of the medical record department; including transcription of medical staff dictation, coding of patient diagnosis and operative procedures, abstracting medical records, processing requests for medical records and information, preservation of medical records, and maintenance of the clinical data base.

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Health Information Management preferred.
  • Member of the American Health Information Management Association.
  • Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT).
  • Three years of experience in Health Information management practice demonstrating broad knowledge of entire medical record functions. Management experience preferred.

Administrative Assistant

Assist the Vice President of Patient Care Services by performing secretarial and clerical support such as preparing reports and correspondence in final form, receiving visitors, scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and conducting special projects as assigned. The candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize, work independently with own initiative and perform multiple tasks while interacting with various levels of personnel. Knowledge and ability to perform verbal and written correspondence, and who is professional in appearance is a must. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and typing skills (60 wpm) are required. High school graduate with business school and minimum of 2 years experience as administrative assistant required.

UR/QA Coordinator

Part time - Days. RN or LPN responsible for assisting Quality Director in daily case reviews, clinical updates, completing compliance reporting, chart review, etc.

Housekeeper

Part time - Days. Clinical or hospital experience preferred.
