Edgerton Hospital is searching for an exceptional Rehabilitation Manager to join us in our new state of the art hospital. In this role youíll provide leadership by supervising staff and maintaining and improving systems in the physical/occupational/speech therapy department as we provide excellent care to patients.
Primary duties for the Rehab Manager include: effectively managing staff, including evaluating the competency of personnel; developing and maintaining policies and procedures; managing capital and operating budgets, including overseeing rate and procedure codes and charging for the rehab.

The candidate will have current licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, CPR certification and prior management experience.
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for an experienced Registered Nurse for teh night shift in our Medical/Surgical unit. This is a part time position working 24 to 30 hours per week and every 3rd weekend. Applicants must hold a license with the State of Wisconsin and have BLS and ACLS certifications.
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is committed to providing exceptional healthcare to our communities. We are seeking a Medical Technologist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate should have a bachelorís degree from a four year college in medical technology or clinical laboratory science and one year training/experience in high complexity testing; or equivalent combination of education and experience. This is a full time day position and will also include occasional weekends.
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for a full time cook. The candidate must have cooking experience, have the ability to lift 50#, kneel, bend, twist, be able to stand for long periods of time, and work 12 hour shifts. ServSafe certification is preferred.
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for a Per Diem Occupational Therapist. This candidate will have current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in State of Wisconsin or evidence of application for licensure. Certification by NBCOT is preferred. Hand experience is a plus
Emergency Department RN's
Edgerton Hospital and Health Services Emergency Department is seeking qualified applicants with Emergency Room experience. The appropriate candidate would be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor degree preferred. This person should hold a valid Wisconsin RN Nursing license and have a CPR certification. Additionally ACLS is required, PALS recommended.
Social Worker OR Case Manager
dgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for a full time Social Worker or certified Case Manager. These individual is responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, oversight of referral process and discharge planning and assisting the patient through processes for post care DME, Home Health and Hospice. The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelorís of Science in Social Work from an accredited college, must have at least two yearsí experience and a valid Social Work License in the State of Wisconsin. Masterís Degree in Social Work is preferred.
The certified Case Manager is a registered nurse who has achieved certification in Case Management or CPHQ, has at least two yearsí experience in Case Management, including collaboration with the medical staff, interdisciplinary team and nursing management on issues related to the management and effectiveness of patient care. The candidate must have RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin, BSN required or Bachelors of Science in Case Management.
