Open Positions:

Infection Prevention Coordinator

We are seeking qualified individuals to fill our Infection Prevention Coordinator position. Reporting to the Director of Quality/Risk/Compliance, this individual will oversee the organization-wide Infection Control Program including surveillance, prevention and control.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, investigate and record data related to health-care associated infections.
  • Oversee the initiation of control measures
  • Facilitate, educate, and act as a liaison to the departments and services of the hospital regarding the Infection Prevention Program.
  • Participate in regulatory compliance and accreditation measures to ensure hospital readiness.
  • Occupational health program oversight.

Requirements:
  • Current RN Wisconsin Licensure required.
  • Current Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC) required.
  • Minimum of five years clinical experience required.
  • Education and experience in Infection Control, epidemiology, and/or microbiology (or other related science) required.
  • BSN Preferred
  • Minimum two years occupational/employee health experience preferred.
  • A.P.I.C. membership preferred.

Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for Per Diem Registered Polysomnographic Techologists (RPSGT).

Under the direction of the Manager of Sleep Services, this candidate would be responsible for testing patients in the Sleep Disorders Center. The incumbent is accountable to the Medical Coordinators with respect to medical direction. The technologist performs polysomnographic testing and a wide variety of other duties related to the evaluation and treatment of patients with known or suspected sleep disorders; stimulates innovative improvements in patient care through demonstrating expertise as a practitioner; performs other duties as assigned. This position particularly addresses the care administered to the patient with sleep disorders.

The candidate would have three years experience and a current CPR.


CODER

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is seeking a qualified Full-time Health Information Technology Coder. This technical support person is responsible for all aspects of coding and processing, including tracking for reimbursement, completion, and quality improvement purposes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to code using ICD-9-CM, CPT, and E&M coding systems and be familiar with APCs. This candidate will have completed an HIM program or coding specialist program and have 1 one year of coding experience.



Per diem OT or COTA

Experience in Ortho or Hand Therapy a plus.

Per diem PT or PTA

Experience in Physical Therapy required.

Housekeeper - 32 hours per week

2:00pm - 10:30pm

Registered Nurse and CNA

We are seeking applications for full time, part time, and per diem Registered Nurses with Med/Surg and/or Emergency Dept experience and per diem Surgical RN's. The appropriate candidates would be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; bachelor degree is preferred. This person should hold a valid Wisconsin RN nursing license, have CPR Certification; ACLS required, and PALS recommended.
