Medicare/Medicaid Biller

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is looking for a full time Billing Representative. This person will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all patient bills under the scope of responsibility and will ensure accurate and complete information will appear on the appropriate billing form or in the electronic billing system. This person will also communicate with patients and insurance carriers. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical billing, third party payer reimbursement and knowledge of medical terminology.


Radiology Manager

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is looking for a Radiology Manager. This person will manage the clinical functions of the Radiology Department and staff and will actively participate in development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures, standards, and perform Radiology clinical functions.
The ideal candidate should have completed an Accredited Radiology Technology School, be ASRT registered or eligible and have 5 years experience as a Radiology Technologist. Previous management experience is desired.


Communication Assistant - Part Time (up to 30 hours per week)

The Communications Assistant will administer all aspects of the Community Education registration system. This includes taking registrations, cancellations refunds and tracking class participation. The Assistant will also coordinate payment to instructors, compile evaluations, track community benefits, arrange classroom setup and report findings to the Community Education Manager.
In addition, this position assist the Marketing Manager with a variety of marketing projects, including all aspects of special events,such as planning, registration, set-up, staffing and tear down. Support for the administrative team will also be essential with data entry skills and word processing skills required.
The ideal candidate should be a motivated multi-tasker, able to communicate with a variety of audiences and have a keen eye for detail. Individuals who are passionate about health and wellness are encouraged to apply.


Internship: Healthy Edgerton Youth Coordinator/Project Assistant

The Edgerton Coalition for a Healthy Community is looking for an Intern to work under the direction of the Project Coordinator. This is a one year paid internship at 10 – 20 hours per week. The Youth Coordinator assists in directing, planning and implementing activities related to substance abuse and other drug prevention, education, advocacy and youth access issues. Additionally, provides receptionist, clerical and administrative support to Healthy Edgerton and performs a variety of supportive functions to further implementation of the ECHC 12-month action plan.

PerDiem Social Worker or Case Manager

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for a per diem Social Worker or Case Manager. The Social Worker is responsible for providing for the psychosocial assessment, plan and medication as determined by the patient needs and medical direction. This candidate must possess a minimum of a Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school, at least two years experience , and a valid Social Work License in the State of Wisconsin.
The Case Manger is a registered nurse who has a background in medical/surgical nursing and case management and who collaborates with the medical staff, interdisciplinary team, and the Director of Nursing on issues related to the management and effectiveness of patient care. This candidate will have an RN license in the State of Wisconsin, BSN required, or BSN in Case Management and three years clinical experience.


Certified Medical Assistant or LPN

EEdgerton Hospital and Health Services Milton Clinic is accepting applications for a part-time CMA/LPN. The ideal candidate will hold a CMA or current Wisconsin LPN license, have 1 – 2 years clinical experience, have BLS certification, good communication skills and computer/typing skills.


Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT)

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for Per Diem Registered Polysomnographic Techologists (RPSGT).

Under the direction of the Manager of Sleep Services, this candidate would be responsible for testing patients in the Sleep Disorders Center. The incumbent is accountable to the Medical Coordinators with respect to medical direction. The technologist performs polysomnographic testing and a wide variety of other duties related to the evaluation and treatment of patients with known or suspected sleep disorders; stimulates innovative improvements in patient care through demonstrating expertise as a practitioner; performs other duties as assigned. This position particularly addresses the care administered to the patient with sleep disorders.

The candidate would have three years experience and a current CPR.


Cook - Full-time

Surgical RN - Full Time

Dietary Aide - Per diem

OT or COTA - Per diem

Experience in Ortho or Hand Therapy a plus.

PT or PTA - Per diem

Experience in Physical Therapy required.
