Open Positions:

Emergency Department Manager

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is seeking an Emergency Department Manager. Candidates should have a Bachelors degree with five years RN managerial experience in the Emergency Department. A Masters is preferred. BLS, ACLS, PALS, or TNS or ATLS is required. Candidates should be dedicated to improving & providing outstanding patient care & role model integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, & a positive attitude.

Surgical Services Nurses

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for Surgical Nurses. We offer flexible scheduling. We seek patient-centered RNs with previous surgical experience. Candidates should have a valid Wisconsin RN license. BSN or CNOR certification is preferred. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification or the ability to become certified within one year of employment also required.

Medical/Surgical Nurses

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for nurses to work on the Medical/Surgical floor. Openings are available on all shifts. PRN nurses are also needed. We seek patient-centered RNs. Candidates should have a valid Wisconsin RN license, bachelor degree is preferred. BLS & ACLS certification or the ability to obtain within one year of employment is required.


Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is looking for a per diem registered clinical dietitian. This person will provide the highest quality nutritional care to patients through assessing & developing care plans based on standards & best practices on optimal nutritional care, & providing medical nutrition therapy when warranted. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in Dietetics/Food & Nutrition, ADA registration & Certified Dietitian registration through the State of Wisconsin. EPIC experience preferred. Coverage may include some holidays. Previous work experience in clinical nutrition is desirable.

Social Worker or Case Manager

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for part-time and as needed Social Workers or certified Case Managers. These individuals are responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, oversight of referral process and discharge planning and assisting the patient through processes for post care DME, Home Health and Hospice. The candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Work from an accredited college, must have at least two years’ experience and a valid Social Work License in the State of Wisconsin. Master’s Degree in Social Work is preferred.

The certified Case Manager is a registered nurse who has achieved certification in Case Management or CPHQ, has at least two years’ experience in Case Management, including collaboration with the medical staff, interdisciplinary team and nursing management on issues related to the management and effectiveness of patient care. The candidate must have RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin, BSN required or Bachelors of Science in Case Management.

Lead Radiology Technologist

Edgerton Hospital is accepting applications for a Lead Radiology Technologist. This employee would be responsible for the overall Radiology Department metrics, dashboards, quality improvement projects, scheduling of Radiology Techs and perform Radiology clinical functions and be responsible fo compliance standards as they pertain to Radiology.

The applicant should have completion of Accredited Radiology Technology School, 3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist, and be ASRT registered or eligible. Previous management experience is desired.

Internship: Healthy Edgerton Youth Coordinator/Project Assistant

The Edgerton Coalition for a Healthy Community is looking for an Intern to work under the direction of the Project Coordinator. This is a one year paid internship at 10 – 20 hours per week. The Youth Coordinator assists in directing, planning and implementing activities related to substance abuse and other drug prevention, education, advocacy and youth access issues. Additionally, provides receptionist, clerical and administrative support to Healthy Edgerton and performs a variety of supportive functions to further implementation of the ECHC 12-month action plan.

Maintenance Engineer

Edgerton Hospital is searching for an exceptional Maintenance Engineer. This Candidate should have two years or more of facilities and/or industrial maintenance experience along with snow plowing and grounds maintenance experience. This position is a full service position from mopping/cleaning floors to performing preventative maintenance of the geothermal heat pumps.

The ideal candidate will be a role model of the hospital's I CARE values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence; and must pass a lifting and agility test and be safety conscious.

This is a full-time late 1st shift position (9:30 am - 6:00 pm) and includes a rotating weekday and weekend "On-Call" schedule. Must be able to respond to hospital emergencies within 40 minutes when on call.

Cook - Full-time

Edgerton Hospital and Health Services is accepting applications for a cook. The position is 34 hours per week. The candidate must have cooking experience, have the ability to lift 50#, kneel, bend, twist, be able to stand for long periods of time and work 12 hour shifts. ServSafe certification is preferred.
