Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
Group health, dental and vision insurance is available to all employees who work at least 20 hours per week.
Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance is offered to all employees who work at least 20 hours per week.
Edgerton Hospital offers long-term disability insurance to all employees who work at least 20 hours per week.
Flexible Spending Account
With Edgerton Hospital’s Flexible Spending Account, employees can pay for certain insurance, medical, and dependent care expenses with pre-tax money. Dollars run through the plan are exempt from state, federal and FICA payroll taxes.
401(k) Retirement Plan
In an effort to assist employees with planning for their retirement, Edgerton Hospital has established a comprehensive 401(k) Retirement Plan which includes an employer matching program. This benefit is available to all employees.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Edgerton Hospital allows for a flexible schedule by offering paid time off for holidays, vacations and sick leave. PTO is available for all regular employees.
